Mehdi (Iraqi/British) draws its inspiration from a tapestry of family and heritage, fusing culture and appreciating centuries of craftsmanship. Mehdi’s heritage plays a significant role in embracing both cultural influences, and each design pays homage to SWANA artists, clothing, architectural beauty and music.

Their countryside upbringing — which includes cultivating land, crafting clothes and upholstering furniture — comes alive through British-made oilskins, waxed cottons, and locally spun lambswool. All products are hand made in London.
